By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.


3. Our Products

We sell natural food products from Sarawak, including pepper and bird's nest. We describe and photograph each product as accurately as we can.

Because these are natural products, some variation is normal:

  • Pepper: colour, size and aroma may vary slightly between harvests and batches.
  • Bird's nest: colour, shape and size vary from nest to nest. Piece counts are given as a range (for example, 7–9 pieces per box). The net weight stated on the package is what we guarantee.

Product photos are for reference. Screen settings may also change how colours appear.


4. Prices

  • All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
  • Shipping fees are shown at checkout, unless your order qualifies for free shipping.
  • Prices on this website may differ from prices on our marketplace stores or at physical outlets.
  • We may change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order.
  • If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.


5. Orders and Payment

  • Your order is confirmed only after payment is successfully received. You will receive a confirmation email.
  • Payments are processed by a licensed third-party payment provider. We do not see or store your full card or banking details.
  • We may decline or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the delivery address cannot be served, or the order appears fraudulent or unusual. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.
  • Please check your name, address and phone number before paying. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect details.


6. Shipping

We ship within Malaysia. Shipping fees, free shipping conditions and delivery times are set out in our [Shipping Policy]. Delivery times are estimates. Once a parcel is handed to the courier, delays caused by the courier are outside our control, but we will help you follow up.


7. Returns and Refunds

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as courier disruptions, natural disasters or system outages.
